Venita earned her BA degree from Shaw University, Raleigh, after completing 3 years at Old Dominion University in Norfolk Virginia. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a Master's in Public Administration degree. Venita joined Howard Perry and Walston in July 2000 as a real estate agent and was licensed as a broker by the NC Real Estate Commission in 2002. After working with Century 21 JK Sherron, Venita created Greater Raleigh Real Estate, Inc. She earned her GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) during this period while serving as Principal Broker until July 2009.
